8.3 Submission and Dates

All submissions should be sent by email, as a MS Word attachment, to Prof. Stephen Emmitt, at se@byg.dtu.dk before the deadlines set out below (see address below for postal submissions). Please remember to include your correct email address, postal address, and organisation and full names of supervisors.

3.1 Abstracts
Abstracts should be 150-200 words and include no more than five keywords. The abstract should clearly state the current state of the research and clearly identify the areas to be discussed in the workshop. Contributors are encouraged to highlight specific questions/issues that are most pertinent to their research.

3.2 Working papers
Working papers should be no more than 3000 words. The paper should be structured so as to highlight the areas being developed. The working papers will be used to inform the discussion process. Further guidance will be issued with confirmation of abstract acceptance.

3.3 Timescale
The following deadlines apply:

Call for papers 6th    February 2004
Abstracts 26th  March 2004
Application for scolarships 26th  March 2004
Abstract & scholarship decision 2nd   April 2004
Submission of workshop paper 1st    June 2004
Notification of acceptance 15th  June 2004
