Abstracts should be 150-200 words and include 3-5 key words. It should also be indicated which championship the authors intend to submit the paper for, if any.
The submitted abstracts and papers will be reviewed by a board of referees for presentation at the conference and for inclusion in the conference proceedings. The following deadlines apply:

| Acceptance: | 1st March 2004 |
| Draft papers: | 15th April 2004 |
| Reviews back to authors: | 17th May 2004 |
| Final papers: | 1st June 2004 |
| Notification of acceptance (at the latest): | 15th June 2004 |
Please send your abstracts electronically in Microsoft Word format (*.doc) to the conference secretary Susanne Gundlach.
